The service

Ceiba is a Node-first API productization layer, currently pre-launch. Features, pricing, and availability may change as the product develops.

Accounts

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Ceiba to violate any law, infringe on others' rights, or disrupt the service for other users.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described at checkout. You can view, change, or cancel your subscription from your account settings at any time.

No warranty

Ceiba is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, especially given its pre-launch status.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ceiba and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Ceiba after changes means you accept the updated terms.
